About Me
Staying in the present moment can be difficult. I’ve had a complicated past, and more recently a complicated body, that often has my mind drifting to the past, or planning and anticipating the future. Yoga has helped me to be more in the now, grounding me to what is going on presently, accepting my body, my thoughts for where they are in this moment. It’s only being in the moment that has helped me move forward in any beneficial way. That is how I want to support my clients in yoga therapy. Helping them to recognize where they currently are, helping them to create goals to move forward physically, emotionally, even spiritually.

Private Yoga Therapy
Private sessions begin with an initial assessment which runs from 1-2 hours, where I will get to know more about you. Together we will come up with attainable goals to work towards over the following weeks. Sessions that follow will be an hour long.
Private Group Classes
New to yoga, or just want more personalized attention? Join me in my home or online with a couple of friends for some private group classes.
